3 Course Dinner

2 Course Warm Moroccan

Two courses of a tapas style buffet of harissa meatballs, merguez lamb sausages,white  fish & black olives, spiced chicken w almonds, orange & tomato salad w coriander, flat breads, preserved lemons, lettuce, grape, feta & pomegranite salad, falafels, hummus, flatbreads.  Plus cold rice pudding w sultanas, apricots, almonds & clotted cream w cinnamon or double chocolate mousse with pomegranite.

Deli / Tapas Buffet

Food to be served seated at table or laid out on side tables, depending on guest numbers. To include a selection of sun-blush tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, mini tomatoes on the vine, grapes, artichoke hearts, baked camembert w honey & rosemary, stuffed vine leaves, terrine, parma ham, forest charcuterie, pate, smoked salmon, goats cheese, slices of melon, white peaches,  roast peppers, roast veg, hummus, white anchovies etc

Alfresco

Food to be served on the table in the green oak timber framed garden room or on tables by the BBQ and wood fired pizza oven, depending on weather and guest numbers. To include a selection of sun-blush tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, mini tomatoes on the vine, grapes, artichoke hearts, baked camembert w honey & rosemary, stuffed vine leaves, terrine, parma ham, forest charcuterie, pate, smoked salmon, goats cheese, slices of melon, white peaches,  roast peppers, roast veg, hummus, white anchovies etc

Slow Cooker Suppers

Ready for you on arrival on Friday evening – choose from Lamb Tagine, Chilli con Carne or Caraway roots Casserole – served with Baked Potatoes, grated cheese & creme fraiche with chives and fresh salads

Very British BBQ

Cooked for you – to include local, known provenance meats such as Venison sausages and Wild Boar steaks, local Lamb & Mint burgers, green leaf & herb salad, home made salsa & creme fraiche with chives.

Breakfasts

Artisan Breakfast baskets

Get up and go – fruit, bacon butties, sausage torpedoes etc

Mediterranean – including yoghurt, local granola, local honey, pastries, croissants, fresh fruit, fresh juices – in fridges for you

Heston Juices – freshly squeezed detox juices made on site from fruit s and vegetables, ginger, spirulina etc

Full English with local known provenance and organic meats, eggs, mushrooms, beans, slow roast tomatoes – seated

Mostly provided as local known provenance items in the fridge for you to cook yourselves, or served as a buffet style get up and go breakfast…..including our infamous vegan dippy eggs – fresh passion fruit with mango slices…….or in heated dishes in the upper malt house.
