Deli / Tapas Buffet

Food laid out on side tables, ready for arrival. To include a selection of sun-blush tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, mini tomatoes on the vine, grapes, artichoke hearts, baked camembert w honey & rosemary, stuffed vine leaves, terrine, parma ham, charcuterie, pate, smoked salmon, goats cheese, slices of melon, white peaches, roast peppers, roast veg, hummus, white anchovies, breads, Netherend butter etc


Food to be served on the table in the green oak timber framed garden room or on tables by the BBQ and wood fired pizza oven, depending on weather and guest numbers. To include a selection as above.


Cooked for you – to include local, known provenance meats such as Venison sausages and Wild Boar steaks, local Lamb & Mint burgers, green leaf & herb salad, home made salsa & creme fraiche with chives.
